Very relaxing stay. A dip in the pool at dawn followed by a great buffet breakfast poolside was a great start to each day. Staff were very helpful anytime anything extra was needed. It’s good to see the front of the property getting a facelift to make sure the hotel can be as great a place as there to stay in Darwin in the future.

Room was spacious but air conditioner even though turned off the fan kept going and was very noisy. Water in shower very poor no pressure for hot water. Taps over sink were marked wrong way around. The hot was on cold side. We stayed 5 nights and floor not vacuumed once. Staff were excellent and helpful in reception and pool areas. Wonderful pool

Good location to access the city. The breakfast was excellent good choice and fresh. Staff were helpful and friendly. Disappointed that there was little prior notification of the refurbishment work going on. The jack hammer noise during the day reverberated throughout the hotel, with no offer of any compensation to the guests
