Simple, Convenient and Wonderful

This place was Amazing and conviently located a block away from the Monument of the revolution. Many places and attractions are within walking distance as well as public transportation. Using Uber in Mexico was probably the best Uber experience I ever had. The hotel offers breakfast and the staff is awesome and amazing. Breakfast was delicious Thank you Luis for you friendly service. Thank you Roberto and Jose for your hospitality during breakfast.

POSITIVES -The rooms were clean and relatively bright. -Louis, the man at reception, was helpful, warm, and engaging. - they kindly stored my luggage for me while I took a short trip - the area is safe and within walking distance of many sites. -basic breakfast of fruit, coffee, eggs, and bread was available AREAS OF OPPORTUNITY -half of the time I showered, there was no hot water. - there is nearly zero sound insulation in the hotel. The walls, doors, windows are very thin and the floor material echoes every noise and amplifies it. I sleep with earplugs and ambiant noise, and I could not sleep. I ended up cancelling my additional reservations because having a good sleep is a priority for me. Unless you are a heavy sleeper or stay out very late, this is not thr place for you. If they could add a quiet hour past 22:00 or add some sort of sound insulation, I would likely book there again.

Es un hotel donde hay mucho ruido durante todo el día y toda la noche y no tienen vidrios a prueba de ello, no hay elevador y subir y bajar hasta el cuarto piso con maletas y cosas no es tan agradable, pase una noche terrible

A really good hotel to stay at if you need a centric place to stay. It is in the red zone district and it does not have an elevator, but the rooms are comfortable and the staff is very kind.

El hotel está súper céntrico para Revolución, centro histórico, bellas artes, paseo de la reforma, el metro, metrobus. Me agrado mucho la estancia, muy amables, servicio cordial, me encantó el detalle de que den botellitas de agua al ingresar y al salir. La habitación sencilla pero limpia y cómoda. El desayuno sencillo pero rico.
