"1. I called up the property the day before my arrival to clarify my check-in time, that is, I booked on May 27-28 and I would be arriving on May 28 at around 530AM. When I arrived at 5:30AM, the lady at check-in counter did not know the conditions of my arrival, nor did she know I called up the day before. She was insisting it was an early check in (for May 28-29) which did not reflect on the printed voucher I presented. I had to do the explanation instead of being whisked into the room right...

"Eevrything was awesome from checking in to my last day of stay. Everybody was welcoming and acxomodating. Just a suggestion to invest on providiing access to youtube and netflix, i believe it would attract more guests to stay at this hotel. "

"Nice place. Very close to the Hospital, fast foods, restaurants, department stores, and a church.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly! The room was not perfect but it was okay. The sink did not drain properly. The TV signal was very poor. And there was a decent amount of mold in the bathroom.
Overall a nice place to stay. Hot water heater, air con, TV were all working but not the best.
We were happy with our stay. Thank you!"

The room was clean and receptionist was nice. You have to ask for towels in the front desk since they don't put it in the room for your arrival. AC works well tho the remote gave us a hard time.
Additional 250 pesos for extra person is a reasonable price since it already comes with extra bed and beddings. Luckily our room has a Prime Video subscription so me & my friends enjoyed watching while waiting...
