Many of the other days he would give us more fruit and then a lovely gift when we left. Every day he was so helpful in removing all the snow from our vehicle before we left for the ski fields. Hide is what makes this hotel such a pleasant place to stay. Thanks Hide, we loved staying with you!"

"El hotel es como un parque temático. Es gigante y ideal porque tiene un onsen espectacular aparte de estar al lado literalmente de toda la zona de fumarolas, parque natural y ‘bear park’.

Respecto a los cuartos y amenidades, se siente viejo y mal mantenido, deja mucho a que desear en comparación de las fotos que muestran. El bar cierra a las 10 pm y la comida en el bar deja de servirse a las 5:30 pm. Mucha área de oportunidad para mejorar la experiencia de los huespedes."
