The great location, the comfort of the rooms (very clean and well appointed), not to mention the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. We needed help booking a taxi and booking a reservation at the local restaurant. This was dealt with by our hosts with no fuss. The location was a perfect base for exploring Spello, Spoleto, Montefalco & Assisi. We also had one meal that was cooked for us by the owner one evening that was superb. One of our best stays anywhere on our travels."
