Beautiful property with a nice spa. The room was very quiet and the bed comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay.
For Improvements, I would recommend to switch form bottled waters in the room and spa to filtered water with glasses to save on plastic.
Lastly, the breakfast was nice but I didn’t feel like it was worth nearly 30 euros.
Wonderful property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication was quick and clear. Lots of thought put in to additional touches. Would highly recommend staying here if traveling to Ghent.
I cannot express highly enough what a fantastic start we had. Guy was very communicative before our visit and received us on our arrival. He was so kind and helpful, showing us where we were on the map, places to visit and eateries.
Our room was so gorgeous and well thought out. We had a door to the garden, which was beautiful and were able to enjoy sitting outside.
We had breakfast on our first morning, and Sophia was very lovely. It was a delicious breakfast, she would make anything and...
Truly a great stay, the space was super nice and well appointed, the amenities were nice and the Airco was wonderful. The staff was incredibly helpful, solved every challenge or issue and helped us above and beyond. Place was also super clean
Rooms are nicely furnished and always very clean. Our room overlooked the grass courtyard and it was very peaceful. Hotel is located next to many hiking and biking trails that go thru countryside and next to the river.
Staff is amazing and the breakfast is the best.
The hotel was very clean and the dtaff were wonderful. They were very kind and helpful. Just keep in mind you have to use stairs and no A/C. Very real European experience. We enjoyed it!
The Monasterium is a very unique hotel. It is in an excellent location that is near the center of Ghent. I highly recommend it as a place to stay while visiting the city.
The bathroom light was on a motion detector, so when I used the toilet at 4 o’clock in the morning, I got blasted in the eyes with a light. I’m not able to turn off.
Aside from that, the hotel is very, very nice. The room was comfortable and clean.
I enjoyed my stay immensely! Ghent was my first trip ever to Europe and staying at Edville Studio was perfect. The room was a perfect size and had everything i could need. It felt like i was going home after a day of exploring. The only thing i could have used bigger was the slower, but that was minor. I would recommend this property and Ghent to anyone traveling to Belgium.
