"Clean and friendly in a convenient location. Excellent breakfasts made from good, fresh produce and served by nice staff. Considering the rooms are above the bar, there is very little noise disturbance. Only complaint was the uncomfortable bed. Mattress felt old and lumpy."

"I loved staying at Jacob's Ladder. The rooms are gorgeous and the owners are fabulous. You can walk all over Falmouth from this location. The pub is fun and family friendly. The food is great. My room was very quiet. I'll definitely stay here again!! "

"The lodge was clean, well presented and in a convenient location to the main places of interest. The property was very small (smaller than we realised) and located on a very busy main road with a view of business warehouses opposite. There were alot of traffic queues and it was tricky trying to get in and out of the property in the car. However, once inside the property you could not hear much traffic noise which was good.
The property accepted pets, but there was nowhere to exercise them...

However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention."
