Perry was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful along with her husband Paul. We had a cooked breakfast which was lovely, but we were also offered cereal in addition. Orange juice was served at the table along with our choice of a hot drink and we were given the option of white or brown toast or a combination of both. Will definitely return. Thank you Perry for a lovely stay.
A diamond in the rough, quiet village with a hidden gem. Great staff with accessible dining and pub. Would recommend to anyone who wants an out of the way stay.
The rooms are spacious and very clean. For a contactless stay, the owner was very communicative (the check-in video is very helpful) and he responded quickly. We arrived late, after an 8 hour drive, and then left early, so I can’t speak to anything beyond that it was a pleasant place to spend the night and the owner is great.
The owner is warm, welcoming and delightful to talk with. She really made our stay. The rooms are fun - each with its own theme. Our room was comfortable and quiet, even though it faced the main road. The location is great - easy to walk or take a bus to all places of interest.
It was an excellent stay. Gemma at the front desk was so bubbly and sweet. Very friendly and got our trip off to a great start.
Room was spacious and clean,
Food at the restaurant was great. Time between starter, main, pudding was perfect. Quality of food was great. Drinks were also great.
I forget the name of the gentleman who was our server but he was delightful. Making lighthearted jokes and just being very helpful. We had a great stay
