What a beautiful house with stunning views of the loch and mountains from the room and garden. The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable. Everything was clean and immaculately maintained. The gardens and the walk down to the loch were so peaceful and beautiful. We immediately regretted we could only stay 1 night as we'd love to stay longer and enjoy this place more.
The cute little room was clean and airy, the bathroom products were fully stocked, and a full hot or cold breakfast is provided. The room is up a set of outside stairs just above the restaurant, which has a nice variety of options on the menu. We enjoyed our stay both on the way to Canna and overnight on the return.
Stayed in the King's Suite...such a unique and lavish room at a reasonable rate. There was a large deck area that overlooked the ocean and the Isle of Skye...great for having a drink at sunset or a coffee or Cadbury hot chocolate in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!
What an amazing place to stay if you want to enjoy both the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Skye! The location is about a 30 minute drive from Skye and so much more affordable than accommodations on the actual isle. This is a lovely boutique hotel in an old hunting lodge right on Loch Duich. Our room was very comfortable and well stocked and the staff was all so friendly, especially Gavin. Breakfast came included with our room, both made to order meals and fruit, yogurt, granola, toast,...
We booked last minute and super late, we call the place and the lady was super nice leaving the keys on a safe spot for us to pick when we arrived past midnight, we are super grateful with her, then we woke up and they made us an amazing breakfast, super friendly people.
We ended it ip here by mistake but we are Happy about this mistake, loved the place and will definitely go back.
The hotel was exactly what we needed. Available last minute when our holiday plans changed. Even provided a room upgrade upon check-in. Beakfast included was delicious, and we ended up eating wonderful dinners at the restaurant to avoid walking out in the rain. A short walk to amazing view of the town, though some tight turns to get to hotel by car. An great place to stay for a lovely visit of Tobermory.
Beautiful cottage. We stayed in a cute room with two bathrooms which we loved. Quiet and beautiful walk to the castle to pick up our keys to check in. Definitely recommend.
