They asked me a few questions about why we were there and told us the easiest and cheapest way to get there. When our train departed late, they allowed a late checkout for a fee. They even helped when my taxi fell through and got us to the train station with plenty of time to spare. "

"The Hotel is situated outside the city centre but perfectly connected to public transport. It feels safe and is very clean. Staff are friendly. Downsides for us: bathtub/shower very slippery, shower curtain sticks to everything and the water temperature fluctuates. Would still recommend and we will be back."
