"Very good location, it’s right in front of a bus stop that takes you to the main spots and a 6 min walk from the train station. Hotel was very clean and the Onsen was lovely, very calming. You don’t need to cover your tattoos, so this is a great spot if do have them! "

"Staff was helpful from the start. Hotel provides courtesy shuttle to the hotel from Kawaguchiko station. Staff welcomes you into the hotel and guide you to your room. Staff will explain how to use any amenities such as the open air bath. Our room used a futon and a staff will come by and set up the room. Much like other reviews, hotel is outdated and quite far from any convenience store or restaurant."

"This was an amazing experience with spectacular views and impeccable service. Spotless, spacious rooms. Wish we had stayed more than one night. Having our own private onsen was awesome! You won't regret staying here no matter your age or number of people!"
