The staff were all so kind and welcoming and the pool was wonderfully refreshing after a day of sightseeing in the heat. There is also a nice little restaurant on the premises that serves delicious home cooked food. I will definitely return to this beautiful little oasis in Merida. "

"Hotel room was run down, bedside table was hanging off, room wall had a big splotch of cement and unpainted, closet had alot of broken cement and bathroom toilet was leaking the whole time we were there. The room smelt clean and someone was always available to attend to you. Not sure if it’s just our room, but it was really run down. "
