"It’s a simple hotel with limited amenities, suitable mainly for an overnight stay. The ocean view is beautiful, especially at sunrise — but without an oceanview room, the experience would feel rather dull.
The front desk staff were not particularly friendly, although the restaurant staff were pleasant. For tourists looking for local information, a warmer and more helpful attitude from the front desk would have made a big difference. Basic courteous service goes a long way.
Although it’s described as an airport hotel, it’s actually in a remote area surrounded by industrial and commercial buildings. For an overnight stay near the airport, it might be better to choose a location that’s closer to local malls and dining options to make the last night more enjoyable before heading to the airport."
"Lovely hotel, and great position. However Wifi was not good if you need to work using the usualy Western programs. My Room, although non smoking had a stale smoke smell to it, and even though the room had A/C, the temperature was set centrally, and you could not adjust it on a room by room basis! "
"Beautiful resort like hotel with great staff and service. It wasn't very busy during our stay, which made it seemed a bit weird but at the same time we appreciated the sereneness and peacefulness of the place. Welcome fruits and housekeeping was top notch."
