"We stayed at Hyatt Centric for 3 nights. Firstly would like to thank the staff who assisted us in getting an early check-in as we had arrived in KL at 8 am and check in was originally planned for 3-4pm. Verry happy with that. The property location is great, easy access to Bukit Bintang and Petronas Towers about 10-15minute walk. The property is very clean and house keeping come every day. The bed is super comfortable and clean. Overall a lovely stay at the hotel. Would 1000% book again."

"It is not a good hotel, not worth for the money paid. Very poor carpets, beds and sheets. Bad smell around the hotel and in the rooms. Don’t trust on the photos what you see in the website. I advise everyone not to stay here."

"Had a wonderful weekend stay at Aloft Kuala Lumpur! The hotel is very well connected to KL Sentral station, which made my journey from Johor Bahru by train extremely convenient and stress-free. The location is excellent, with plenty of amenities, restaurants, and shops nearby.
The room was clean, comfortable, and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and great facilities. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur."
