"We booked this hotel as wanted to sleep a few hours between flights. MISTAKE! First we were sent to Sama Sama hotel which is a fancy version of Sama Sama Express, these siuate on 2 different terminals, then once we were directed to a front desk at airport, we were told that we were not allowed to enter as we had a luggage to check in which you only could do 3 hours before departure. It is not said anywhere on the page of hotels.com that there are such conditions!! When we complained,they said,...

"Está a 5 minutos caminando de la terminal bus bersepadu selatan (tbs) y tren bandar tasik selatan. No tiene ningún sentido hospedarse aquí si no es con ese fin.
En los alrededores no hay muchas opciones para comer u ocio.
En definitva, bien si quieres coger un bus temprano hacia el sur de malasya."

But my last episode with 3nite were quite unexpected and sadden me,the happening were;
1;as regular guest, that RM20 should not be charged due to price differ between Hotel.com and Nexus.
2;i were called and were given unsweet words/sentences by personal 'i will charged u if checkef out after 1.00pm.
I fully understand and acknowledge regarding that particular...
