After reading reviews of Aguas Calientes in general, I was leery of the accommodations available. This was so inaccurate! The town is much better than what I read, and this hotel was the best one yet! (Better than Cuzco, Lima, and Ollantaytambo) The bed was bigger than my king at home. That alone made me smile when I walked in. I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for three nights and loved it. It actually felt like a vacation.

Our stay here was a last-minute decision because of a flight delay, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was genuine not fake. Hotel was new and clean. Had elevator and you didn't have to climb steps. Very convenient to the train station, so not to much uphill walking. Locally used tienda which meant better prices on, water, sodas, snacks and beer. Friendly locals. Only one small dissatisfaction. One morning we ate breakfast around 8:30 and the eggs and salchichas were completely cold. I would stay here again and recommend my friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location within walking distance to everything. Do be sure to let reception know before arriving on your check in day at approx what time you will get there since sometimes they step out to run errands real quick but it’s as simple as sending them a message a few min before your arrival.
