Somerset Jeju Shinhwa World
"Overall our family enjoyed the clean spacious rooms. The property was nice too. The 3 bedrooms were ideal for a family of 4 - couple and adult son and mother in law. We loved the water filter in each of the rooms. The washing machine was difficult to operate. One major complaint was odor. In the one room there was a damp musty smell in one of the bedrooms. In the other room, there was sewage smell coming out of the master bathroom. We didn’t use much of the main common facilities. We did goto the pool and Jimjimbang. It was decent. Regarding the Jimjimbang, there was not much service at provided. And the offerings were slim. I think it’s a good value. But I’d suggest spending a little more money for a nice resort."

"The hotel hardware is good and is comfortable. Great amenities but bedding confort is not too good. The bedding is too thick and make you gotta night. Pillow is not supportive. Great facilities and the price is fair"

Aria Hotel Jeju

Tamara Jeju
"Easy to navigate once you find the hotel. But be warned, there is NO parking on property, but plenty free parking lots around the hotel."
Lotte Hotel Jeju
"It was my first time visiting Jeju, and I had such a wonderful experience here. The room was very spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens. I stayed in an Ondol room, which had a traditional Korean-style interior and made the experience feel even more special. One of my favourite things was waking up to the sound of birds chirping in the morning. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of both hot and cold dishes, with plenty of options to choose from. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and always did their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, the beach was closed for swimming during my stay, but the outdoor swimming pool and evening performances were so much fun and definitely made up for it. Overall, I had an amazing stay and made some lovely memories here. I would absolutely love to come back someday! 🌿✨"
Sanbangsan Hotel
"I think this hotel is in the nicest part of Jeju, and it has lovely views of Sanbangsan and the rural farms of the area. It’s difficult to find dinner and amenities, though."
Hidden Cliff Hotel & Nature
"My only critique is that the TV isn’t a smart TV. I wasn’t able to cast content from my phone or use my streaming apps, and the TV only had three channels available, with just one in English. Aside from that, the hotel was great and I really enjoyed my stay. If you plan to spend some time relaxing in your room and watching shows, I’d recommend bringing a laptop with an HDMI cable or a Chromecast so you have more entertainment options."
