"I stayed there just 1 night. There is no breakfast or restaurant service. The restroom is a little old style and they charged me a resort fee of USD 42,00 which I did not see previous information to book and in fact, it is not a resort! The Mountain View is wonderful and location is a little far from restaurants and other things to do."

"This a charming and beautiful old building. The individual rooms and common spaces are inviting, and sitting on the lanai with a view of Honolulu is wonderful! The owners provide a simple but filling breakfast and a coffee station and fridge near the sleeping quarters. All staff were welcoming and receptive to questions. If you’re looking for accommodation away from the Waikiki area, or near UH, this is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Muy buen lugar tranquilo. Accesible a muchísimo restaurante y transporte público al igual que la playa. El ambiente dentro el hotel alrededor del jacuzzi es muy relajante también y el area de la piscina igual. Quedamos sastifechos"

"It was a cute little room, there were these little bugs everywhere.. not sure what they were but they were all over the shower and bathroom counter, the walls by the bed and the dresser.. the AC unit worked but some of the buttons for temperature and such didn’t work so it was stuck at whatever it was on, along with being able to see mold in the vent and you could smell it when you turned the unit on, we also had to use the stairs multiple times to get to level 25 due to there only being 1...

"Building over all ratings were referring to the building itself and surrounding areas GOOD. The terrible ratings are referring only to Room 916 itself, which gets the worst ratings. No Hot Water for the first two and a half days on bathroom and kitchen sinks, leaking water from under the refrigerator reporting all to property staff. Mold in the bathtub, wall edge molding around the tub missing causing scraping to leg and knees, bathroom sink drawer’s falling out unsecured only 2 towels in room....

"The hotel does not allow any early checkins and they would need to know 3 days in advance to attempt to accommodate. The elevators take way too long so if you uber or lyft make sure to start your journey 10 mins before so you dont loose your rideshare. The location is in a great place and you can walk to many places without a car. The hotel parking is expensive but may not be needed. The flooring in the halls could be cleaned or carpet can be replaced as they were stained and had an oder. The...
