We paid INR350 /night for the driver however our driver was moved out of his bed during middle of the night and was told to sleep on the floor as the hotel staff had booked too many drivers in the same room. Reception staff not very supportive, charged Inr 4000 for one room which was requested just for 1 hr for feeding toddler, also charged INR 13000 for dinner and gave zero discount when requested. Though hotel is good but not value for money. You can easily afford 5 star hotel in the same amount. "

"This was supposed to be a 5* hotel. The room we were initially given was dirty and smelly. We asked them to change it. After 3 attempts at showing us different rooms, we were eventually given a clean room and the furniture in it was also clean. The staff were friendly and to be fair they were actually in the middle of renovations. It worked out for us in the end. "
