"Rooms are very clean, though the toilet hadn't been flushed when I first entered. Quiet, and AC worked well. Breakfast area is small, prob because not much offered other than cereal and bread offerings. Coffee was OK from an automatic machine; though no sugar substitutes available. Heard it was recently placed under new management, so hopefully they make some improvements. Carpet is new, and some areas are remodeled, though you can tell from other areas that it's an older building. I didn't...

"Perfect place if your looking to getaway for the weekend to unwind; Penny Lane was just the right size for a family of 4. The kids enjoyed walking to the lake for some fishing and enjoyed their time outdoors. We'll definitely be coming back to visit. Ragan and Andy were great hosts and were either a phone call away or making their rounds on the property if we needed anything. "
