"We really like this hotel. Close to beach access, small but nice pool, very friendly staff, good & fast hot water in the shower, daily towel service, breakfast pretty good with interesting upgrade options and bedding turndown service with chocolate and a kind card—nice touch!
The only possible areas for improvement might be a few things like closer bedside lamps for reading, bathing suit drying racks, stronger hair blower (perhaps ours was on its last leg!), better coffee at breakfast, mirrors...

Chenang beach is great fun and Arch Studio is only 100 m from the beach and dozens of restaurants, activities and shops. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, including calling cabs, keeping our bags before/after our stays, and allowing us to check in early. Wonderful hotel in a lovely location and...

"Sehr großes sauberes Zimmer, mit großem Balkon, sehr ruhig gelegen. Etwas abseits vom Trubel, was uns jedoch sehr gut gefiel. Kleine Läden, Lokale und Warungs mit leckerem Essen in Fußnähe. Mr. Ong ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke für alles!"

"Ong's homestay has many rooms and there is a front porch for parking. This place is not ideal if you have no car to travel around the area. Mr Ong is very friendly and it is still a good place to stay if you wish to be centrally located near Kuah Town."

Nackdelar: Begränsat utbud restauranger och bristande transportmöjligheter till centrum (personalen hjälpte mig med detta också - kostnadsfritt). Malaysia har inte samma tuk-tuk service som övriga länder i SO-asien.

"We, me and my two boys age 7 and 10, had an excellent stay at Tanabendang Banglos. The Room/Cottage was nice and cosy. We were picked up in the airport by the owner. She was sweet and easy to talk to. Answered all our questions and kindly helped us buy food late at night. Our stay was quiet and mostly in the pool, which was nice. There is also a little kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. The Cottages are a little remote, so you need a car, and we rented that from Tanabendang Banglos....

하루에 수건을 2개, 휴지 1개 밖에 주지 않아 매번 바꾸는게 번거롭지만 그래도 깔끔해서 만족했습니다.
한국 코웨이 정수기가 있다는 점에서도 아주 편리하고 좋았습니다."

Cleaning is inconsistent, water, towels and toiletries were not replenished and waste wasn’t emptied.
Close to Golden Bamboo Cafe which serves nice breakfast and a short walk to a small ‘mall’ and the beach.
Note that you will arrive at the parking lot next to an incomplete building.

But, it's only a few minutes walk to the beach, which was really great. The staffs were extremely friendly. And, the person at the front office was extremely helpful. they let us check-in early as well. I would stay again in this hotel. "
