"Muy mal servicio primero tardo15 minutos para antenderme y me dieron un cuarto que la llave no habria por tres ocaciones y al final estaba ocupado y despues no encontraba la reservacion y quiso volver a cobrame por la habitaciob paso mas de una hora para darme el cuarto y la persona que me atendio desde el principio tuvo un mal traro hacia mi persona y nunca quizo darme su nombre en lo personal senti que fue racista y una persona muy mal educada"

"My 18 year old grandaughter found 4 bats in her apartment. It was late at night and i live in another town. I got on the hotels.com app and imeadiatly searched for hotels. I called the hotels directly to confirm that she would not have to show my credit card and could check in at 18. After a couple of no we cant do that. I called quality inn. The front dest attendant assured me they would allow her to check in but would need credit card on file. I told her i could book it and drive 30 min...

"We had problems with our tv staff tried get it workjng that night with no success the next morning the manager moved us to another room which was bigger and fit our crew better. Rooms clean and staff very helpful. I will be staying there again. I highly recommend "

"The host was super nice and accomodated our needs/request for an extension cord and help to print something. The beds were super comfortable and clean. I was especially grateful for the hot water since many places don't have that. The location is close to restaurants and stores. "
