The douche/bidet/hose was leaking, so the bathroom floor was flooded all the time.
No one can speak any English, so communication is via translator apps "

"At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not...

"Great stay at great hotel. Nothing to complain about. Room was quiet and clean, soft bed, all electronics were working. The location is not central but we wanted a quiet street and this is what we got. Secured parking for our bikes. Best chicken pho I had in Vietnam in 3 weeks was at their breakfast. Good job!"

"Die Unterkunft war an einem wirklich schönen Fleck von Sapa mit Aussicht auf die Reisfelder.
Leider war es doch sehr außerhalb und somit konnte das Zentrum nur mit einem Taxi erreicht werden. Die Straße war jedoch mit einem Auto auch eher ein Abenteuer.
Das Personal konnte super Englisch und war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Das Essen war von der Auswahl begrenzt, aber sonst gut.

"Emplacement idéal! Calme et idéal pour se détendre, avec un magnifique jardin. Le personnel était très accueillant et a veillé à ce que notre séjour soit agréable. Le restaurant était bon, même si un peu plus de variété au menu aurait été appréciable. En résumé, une expérience agréable!"

"Such a peaceful stay in Sapa! The homestay is in a quiet spot, surrounded by nature, with a lovely garden to relax in. The staff were amazing—super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The restaurant had great local food too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!"

This hotel is a short walk to the station for the train to Fansipan, also SaPa lake and the church. The hotel is on the road to Cat Cat village, which for me is totally walkable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!"
