"This has been a no-frills mainstay for me while fishing the Susquehanna River for quite a few years. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. There's typically enough parking if you have trailer. The room is visited everyday, kept maintained, restocked as required. Not a lot of other amenities in the area - but that's not my focus when staying here. There is typically one cheap gas location, fast food and truck stops. They continue to maintain and upgrade. Remember though that this is a Motel in the true sense right of a major truck route - Route 15. Expect road noise, etc. There's no ice machine so be aware. The price is perfect for me for this purpose - a simple place to stay close to the launches I fish from."
