"There was no staff except front desk. No security, no nobody. Everybody did whatever they wanted, loud music, barking dogs, dog in pool, dogs not on leashes. Dog barking late while trying to sleep. Wild teens taking over pool. And you actually didn't see an employee unless you went to front desk or a room cleaner. And front desk never answers the phone, keeps you on hold if they did happen to pick up. Did not enjoy my stay. And it was not cheap."

"The view was great. The service was great . The room was great but didn’t care for the sink in the room where the bed was. No privacy getting ready for the day. All in all it was good. Oh but there was also not enough parking spaces like we had to park away a few times. I mean even the handicap was full. There should always be enough spaces to park and it was hard to maneuver our big truck around the parking lot and the parking garage. When you have to pay extra for parking, you at least want a space to park your vehicle."

"This property was a disappointment. The door to our room didn’t work and needed maintenance so we could enter the room…the toilet handle was broken and the room was musty. The air conditioning unit was so loud it woke us up every time it went on. The biggest disappointment was that there was no housekeeping for our three night stay. Overall it was an unkept facility that has promise but falls short … not the typical Hilton experience."
