The property was very nice and clean. There were several restaurants close by.

The hotel was newer. There were a couple of design quirks. 1) first bring an outlet for the iron. The TV was located on the wall out side the bathroom and was parallel to the bed. When you extrnd d it to watch from the bed it blocked the path. On a cleanliness issue. There was a dead cockroach in the center of the bathroom floor.

This is a great place to stay when on the road and want a nice clean well priced hotel!! One of the best we have found in the area. We have stayed her 4 times and now and have no plans to change that when going to see our family !!

It was a beautiful room. The bed was so comfortable.

Very clean & staff were very courteous.

Lovely stay in a great historic building; good staff. I only wished there were more choices for breakfast--fruit? granola? pastry?--but a minor complaint in a lovely stay. Nice location near downtown Mobile and the Battleship Causeway.

Definitely worth staying here everything was excellent and I feel like my money and time was well spent. Will be coming back.

Our room was absolutely amazing. Everything was pristine and clean. The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The beds were so comfortable. I love for my room to be cold at night and the AC worked amazing. I was so comfortable I almost felt like I was at home. The only issue we had was the elevators were super crowded on Sunday morning. We have stayed at this Tru by Hilton before and enjoyed our stay again this time. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and has a great breakfast. We look forward to future stays here.

Nice and clean.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The guy at check in was the best. The hotel wasn’t dated or in bad shape it looked relatively updated or newer. It felt like a safe hotel which is very important to me. I will definitely stay there again. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast wasn't bad either.

It was so clean and the staff and cleaning crew were just so friendly!!!!

The hotel staff was excellent. My father William T. Anderson stay there and thought he was having a heart attacked. I was in South Carolina and called the front desk and had some one go up and check on him and they got him they called an ambulance which got him to the hospital which I am grateful for.
