"Our only disappointment with the hotel was that the reservations were for an ocean view room but instead we overlooked the parking lot. The hotel was clean, easily accessible, and included a parking which is definitely needed. The Kennebunk area is very busy and in town driving could be hectic. Reservations for dinning and probably anything else should be done in advance. "

"Park here, and you can walk all of central Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. Really convenient location. The building isn’t new, but it is beautifully maintained and really clean. Comfortable beds, great shower in the bathroom, friendly staff. This will be the place we always stay when we return."

Breakfast room is ok but long tables make it very difficult to walk around. Breakfast was traditional motel breakfast. Hot, fast etc would definitely stay there again at the reasonable price but still waiting for $100 deposit in case of damage after 5 days"

There were a lot of families and it was a perfect place for the kids to play. We are a retired couple but enjoyed watching the kids play and having a private spot on the beach. The suite was small and could use some updating but it was very clean and had everything we needed. The only negative for me was...

The housekeeping staff was amazing and provided daily visits to switch out towels and take out trash. Would highly recommend. The only inconvenience we experienced was having to park our cars across the street in very tight spaces."
