"Though we did not actually stay here, the customer service was fantastic. We booked 2 rooms for a night. I checked in the early afternoon to make sure the rooms were on the same floor. They changed things around to make that happen. Later, due to unforeseen circumstances, we no longer needed the rooms. When I explained this to Lori, the front desk agent, she allowed us to cancel with no hassle, even a few hours after the deadline. I will rebook here another time and appreciate the...

"Easy check in. I chose 1 King room, we were given a suite. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fine though dated. There should be a handrail to enter and exit the shower; I'm 5' tall and 60+ and the step over the tub was higher than my knees. No removable shower head and small towels, but all clean. For one night it was fine. Breakfast was adequate- eggs, premade cheese omelets, bacon cereal juices coffee muffins yogurt and toast. Staff was friendly. Good price for the area for a wedding...

"This had to be one of THE cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Even the towels smelled fresh instead of the usual hotel burnt cotton smell.
The staff were more than friendly, they made sure my needs were met and exceeded.

"The bank door locks of the hotel were broken so people came and went. The halls were dirty and the room although generally clean I have pictures of dirty areas in the bathroom. However what can you expect for a cheap price. IT was a small trade off fora good price. However you would think the doors would lock. "
