"This property was deplorable. I didn’t feel safe getting out of the car and going into the office, yet, I did. Was not greeted by either of the 2 men behind the counter. They were talking to a woman in front of me who was on her phone, arguing with someone while they tried to talk to her and ignored me. The office was dirty and seemed somewhat abandoned. There were several piles of trash outside the doors of several of the rooms and it appeared to have been there awhile. I asked to see my room before checking in…without a word one of the men walked out and I determined that I was suppose to follow. He went up 2flights of steps and then peeked into each room as we walked by…many were occupied. I’d seen and smelled all I needed….told the man I was not interested in staying there. I went to the office and cancelled my reservation. After my experience. Several members of the community said they were surprised it had not been closed down by the health dept. several had heard reports of mold in the rooms. Thankfully I did not stay there, and the Days Inn corporation should be embarrassed to have this facility operating under their name. Absolutely awful!!!!"

"The rooms were clean, the staff was very attentive, and parking is so easy. We had some trouble with the plumbing and had to move to a new room. Then we had some trouble accessing the internet. Otherwise, the trip was very nice."

"The bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was okay but expected more for the cost of $185. The walls are thin and there was a noisy group next door. Rosalie, the desk person came up and spoke to them and happily they responded positively. There was plenty of parking. Breakfast was usual fare, eggs, sausages, instant oatmeal, bagels, pancake maker, cold cereal, juice, coffee. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. We felt safe in and around the property. We elected to have breakfast out, I have no doubt it was as nice as everything else. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"We checked in online but I wanted the physical key. We were greeted by very sweet staff members who told us all about the property and gave us a map of the island. Cottage was exceptionally clean, soaps were filled. Everything worked in the kitchenette. We borrowed bikes and every one of the staff were very nice. Their fishing pier was excellent for our family (7 and 10 year old). We had such a great experience and would come back again!"
