Very nice family friendly motel! We were pleasantly surprised how modern, immaculate and homey it was for the great rate we got on short notice. Tons of things for kids to do. Pool, volleyball and badminton nets, shuffle board, bean bags and nice big sand box. Charcoal grills, picnic tables and chairs on a large lot in a quiet area of Charlestown. Just a few minutes ride to beaches and quaint restaurants and diners. We stayed four nights but wish I booked the week because our room was...
It was a nice hotel. The night manager gave me an upgrade to a suite with a fireplace, so that was very much appreciated. I was concerned about the pillows possibly being feather (I'm allergic), and he hand-delivered synthetic ones and fluffed them for me too. The stay was very good. The breakfast was good. The second morning of my stay, I had to leave at 3:45 a.m. and the overnight staff gave me a couple of muffins and a coffee to go. Overall, they were very nice and great customer service.
The cottage on the water is truly immaculate and relaxing, from the wonderful decor to top notch cleanliness, we were so happy that we get to celebrate our 10 years anniversary weekend here. Very quiet and private, highly recommended
Our stay was excellent. The room was very clean, everything looked new and was in perfect condition. Everyone who assisted us at the front desk was respectful, friendly, and helpful. Everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful experience.
Great location and the hotel is very clean and in excellent condition. Thought the price was high for the time of year (mid- Oct). We were just there for a night so I thought it was crazy that we had to pay a resort fee considering the restaurant was not open and we were told we had to be out by 11:00am because they were closing the hotel for the week. Other than that the staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay.
Stayed here a few years ago, seems like it's been nicely renovated since then; pleasantly surprised. Free hot breakfast buffet was very good; eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffle machine etc; getting back to operating as things were before panademic.
You were a little worried about coming to this property because of other reviews but I have to say that we had an amazing time at this hotel. Our room walked right out to the pool. The hotel is across the street from junkanoo beach. It’s about two minutes away from the fish fry. The room was very nice. There were some things that didn’t work properly but nothing we couldn’t get over. The staff was really helpful and amazing there. I would stay here again, especially at a really good price.
I’ve stayed here twice and don’t plan on staying anywhere else when I come to Rhode Island. The place is nice and clean the staff are very attentive and friendly. Its also close to a lot of stores and dining options.
WOW, this place. AMAZING! The staff were happy and friendly, I asked a young lady for water and she literally ran to go get it, They upgraded our room because they wanted us to have more space with the baby, at no charge. The breakfast was made in heaven itself, the sunsets are UNREAL the location couldn't be better. Loved to see people of all ages, all races there, very diverse and welcoming. As soon as I got home I went online to look at booking our anniversary trip there. Thank you guys so...
Check in was a breeze, took about 3 minutes. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were only there for 14 hours since we had an early flight home. This location was ideal for returning a rental car which was right down the street.
Room is quite large and spacious, full kitchen was a very nice surprise, beds very comfy and bathroom recently updated and modern. I was running late for my check-in, and the staff reached out to connect with me. I certainly appreciate their concern! I would definitely recommend this Inn for anyone traveling in RI.
