"Parking was ok. The parking spaces are very close together, so it’s very hard getting luggage out without hitting a car next to you. Staff at check in didn’t really talk at all. Just asked for my name and gave me my key. At breakfast they had a bread box with 4 pieces of rye bread, 4 pieces of white and blueberry muffins. They had a few pieces of bacon, eggs and cereal. I went to go get coffee and it was empty. I heard another guest ask an employee for more coffee to be made. And got no response. Mind you there was still another hour of breakfast. I don’t know if it’s some kind of cleaner or deodorizer that they use, but the whole building smells like men’s cologne. It’s so overpowering, I couldn’t stop coughing whenever entering the halls. The rooms were dated, which is fine. But could be cleaned better. There was black hair inside the sheets on both beds. The comforters were stained. The tissue holder had some kind of gue or something sticky on it. We were only there for a quick overnight, but I expected a little nicer for $200 a night. "

"Parking instruction isn’t clear. Attitude of front desk at night shift is utterly, totally, completely, terribly, unacceptably horrible. We should be treated with courtesy, not bad attitude. "

"The Spark property is seemingly brand new and beautiful. The room was spacious, bed very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom excellent. The bathtub was larger than most, and clean. Breakfast offered choices and was very good. Location was safe with ample parking. All in all, the hotel far exceeded our expectations, especially for the modest cost."

"Room was not cleaned, I had to ask for fresh towels, there was no hand soap, and the shade was broken so I was in perpetual darkness. Also I asked for an extra comforter and they said they did not have any!! Not a do over."

"The showers could be updated but other than that...excellent rooms and breakfast was great. Good offerings with variety. Nice little pool and work out room. Definitely will stay there if traveling through the area."

"The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Didnt really like how they had it set up. It seemed very compact and if there was more than a handful of people it would be crowded. All employees we encountered were super friendly. Would definitely stay there again."
