"In general the stay was wonderful and breakfast was delicious. The only thing was that Expedia needs to specify at the beginning that room #4, #5 and #6 share bathroom. This information should come more clear before anyone books. We had to pay a bit more in order to have another room with a private bathroom. "

"First time at Bolton and I am very impressed. Nice cozy inn at the lifts. Place is well cared for and you can tell that whoever is running this place has things under control. There was a major water main break which is obviously a disaster but the inn was extremely responsible and communicative. Free bottled water, great signage and a letter under the door at 2am. Just a few minutes drive outside of the town centre, it's easily accessible and yet far away enough that it feels secluded and peaceful. "Excellent location in Stowe, Vt. Close to everything. I had a first floor room with patio. All I had to do was walk past the lawn and I was able to walk the Stowe recreation trail. The rooms were gorgeous inside with nice details I would not see in a hotel. The only downside is there are no elevators or free breakfast. Bring a camping grill and place on patio if you want to cook. Close to all local attractions including two covered bridges, alchemist for brewery tour and the village of Stowe. "
