"Positive-the room was clean, majority of the staff was friendly. Negative-hot tub was filthy and didn’t work. The pool was dirty. Outlets didn’t work, lamps didn’t work, coffee pot didn’t work. Key cards didn’t work. Ice machines were down on multiple floors. Shuttle driver was 20 minutes late. We would definitely not stay there again."

"Resort fee didn’t include having the room cleaned. Property wanted to charge $48 to clean the room per day. Water park is also not included in the resort fee and if you’re not an owner you can only purchase tickets after 11am, by that time the park is already filled up and no chairs available. They charge $25 per person. The Mexican restaurant the food wasn’t great for the price. The room sheets were dirty and the pull out couch super uncomfortable for how much was paid for the stay. Long lines to get into the resort. Pools didn’t have enough seating "

"Front desk staff needs customer service training, if you are looking for a quite hotel to relax this NOT the hotel for that!!! Its ok if u are going to spend the day at the parks, parking its hard they do have a party place there and there is not parking for guest... "

"In desperate need of a renovation. Everyday the elevators broke down even though we were told they were working on fixing them everyday. There was no water in our room for a few hours one day and no one told us they were fixing it until we called maintenance twice. Police showed up at hotel on the first night to arrest someone in their room. On the second night the street hotel was on was surrounded by police. Do not stay here!"
