Second, we had a room with a kitchenette and many of the dishes and utensils were put away dirty by the previous group so there was food on every thing. I feel like although its up to you to wash your own dishes the hotel staff should atleast inspect these items between stays or indicate that there...

Le entregué TRES tarjetas adicionales y siempre me decis lo mismo. Luego de 15 minutos me dicen despectivamente que cualquier adicional lo debia pagar in cash. NUNCA mostró empatia, colaboración, grosero. Al dia siguiente supe que el problema era del Sistema del hotel y no mío. Lamentable que tengan esos empleados "

En la urbanización o te mueves en tu coche o hay autobuses, hay diferentes piscinas tanto cubiertas como exteriores, con hsmacas y todo lo necesario, toallas y bares. En una de las piscinas había una de niños pequeños muy cómoda. Para nosotros...
