I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room and property were given the difference in price from other properties in Greenville. "Beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Never saw a cleaning person, it’s like they were ninjas. Everything was beautiful and the staff even helped with making sure the wedding guests all were given things in preparation for the wedding and they didn’t have to do that. It is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone!!!"

"To begin, on the services the hotel offers it says pick up at the airport but I called to ask for that service ans the woman who attend me says they did not have it and that she "have no clue" of what I was saying. Then I arrived and she kind of mock me because of the call, she recognized my voice and make jokes about the call asking for pick up. The breakfast is the same everyday. We only stay for two days instead of the whole week, almost $500 for only two days cause they don't want to refund...
