"We were upgraded to a room looking at the city, which was nice. We had a good breakfast. Room seemed larger than average to us."

"I had a very disappointing stay. When I was taken to my room, the AC wasn’t working. I gave the staff a chance, and they moved me twice, but none of the rooms had functioning AC. They said an engineer would come in the morning, but I was checking out the next day. It was very hot in DC during my stay, and without AC I couldn’t sleep. Unfortunately, this ruined my trip. This isn’t what I paid for."
