Great stay!

This was my first time staying at a Residence Inn. It was tucked away behind the Fairfield Inn (also owned by Marriot) and it was difficult to see directly from the road. However, once inside, we were greeted by an exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. I explained that I was there to visit my sick father in the hospital which the front desk person empathized. From the beginning to the end our experience was wonderful. Though there was a brief wait while our room was readied it was only 5 minutes and then Desiree came to get us and check us in. She was thorough in explaining the amenities available to us and even provided a list of local restaurants. At check out Darlene couldn't have been nicer - she too took the time to explain the process for accessing the parking garage. The hotel was clean and well managed, but what stood out most for me...

Late checkin and great breakfast & back on road (95). Perfect place to stay when traveling south from New England. This is about a comfortable days driving and doesn't leave you exhausted for rest of the drive south. Comfortable, predictable quality accommodations

Very nice clean hotel .

Very nice location and service! Everything was clean. Couldn’t get the hvac to shut off, but it worked.

We make a trip each year to M&M Hunting and Shooting Preserve and get 3 rooms for 6 guys. The hotel is only about 3.5 miles from M&M. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The beds were so comfortable I didn't want to get up in the morning. Hubert and Anita and all of the front desk staff were very friendly. We will definitely be going back again next year.

Nice suite upgrade. Overall great stay. Glad I had my sleep mask as the blackout curtains were non existent.

Hotel was very nice. Ceilings with light vents and air vents need to be dusted. Lots of dust up there. No fan in the bathroom. Staff was very kind and overall we loved our room. Nice small breakfast in the morning and coffee provided all day with flavored creamers :)
