I would recommend this place to anyone visiting New York! Staff were wonderful, rooms were great (ac worked great and was cold, they were SUPER clean and all the things we needed, beds were actually SUPER comfy), area is relatively quiet but very close and central to all the great places. 10/10

To start the place is located in a great neighborhood close to everything. The hotel is clean and friendly staff. Our room on the 19th floor was a little dark as the window was facing much taller buildings. The bed was VERY comfortable!! The shower had strong pressure and gets very hot if you like. They have a $35/day destination fee as most hotels do in NYC but dont let this discourage you as the room prices are priced fair. I will recommend and return to the Omni Berkshire.

We had a very good experience at Hotel Grayson. It is very clean and the location is great for getting to a variety of major tourist destinations and there is easy subway access. My favorite part about it was how extremely quiet it was in the room at night; I didn’t hear any street noise at all and woke up rested each day.
We loved the look and location of this hotel so we decided to stay here instead of paying a premium for name-brand hotels closer to Time Square. The room was nice, a little cramped for 5 (2 adults, kids 13, 11, and 8) of us but having 3 beds was perfect and out location to the welcome area made getting coffee in the morning feel like a stroll to the living room. The staff was great at the hotel. Alex in the bar and the young man that worked with her were outstanding. We were having a very quick dinner and the food did not come out fast enough. She had it wrapped up in our hotel room we got back to the room later that night. The front desk, man who is from Clarksville, Tennessee and went to MTSU was really great. There was a tall gentleman from Jamaica at the front desk and front door. That was also really wonderful. Enjoyed the stay. Only complaints...
