I would recommend this place to anyone visiting New York! Staff were wonderful, rooms were great (ac worked great and was cold, they were SUPER clean and all the things we needed, beds were actually SUPER comfy), area is relatively quiet but very close and central to all the great places. 10/10
Great customer service by the team at the front desk, very friendly and helpful. Definitely I will come back but if you planning to dine at the hotel the restaurant is HIGHLY overpriced and drinks are awful. Better to go out and enjoy the city and eat & drink better food.

I usually find myself not entirely comfortable in hotels. This was far from true at Citizen M Bowery! The attention to details in the rooms was inspired and thoughtful. I specifically found the shower to be comfortable, great pressure, never running out of hot water, and easy to maneuver in. The whole room was like that. You feel comfortable. To start the place is located in a great neighborhood close to everything. The hotel is clean and friendly staff. Our room on the 19th floor was a little dark as the window was facing much taller buildings. The bed was VERY comfortable!! The shower had strong pressure and gets very hot if you like. They have a $35/day destination fee as most hotels do in NYC but dont let this discourage you as the room prices are priced fair. I will recommend and return to the Omni Berkshire.

The staff was great at the hotel. Alex in the bar and the young man that worked with her were outstanding. We were having a very quick dinner and the food did not come out fast enough. She had it wrapped up in our hotel room we got back to the room later that night. The front desk, man who is from Clarksville, Tennessee and went to MTSU was really great. The facilities were a bit old and the room didnt have a great view, but the staff was very nice. The one who helped me check-in let me change my room from basement to an upper floor. The area also felt vibrant and safe without being too touristy like in midtown. The breakfast is very simple (coffee and pastry served at the lobby 7-9am) so i mostly ate out for a proper meal.
We loved the look and location of this hotel so we decided to stay here instead of paying a premium for name-brand hotels closer to Time Square.
