Over priced based on other hotels in the area. I had to air out the room to clear Out the smell cleaning products used. Could be a one off, but I spent very little time in tje room because the smell was tough to take and caused a headache "

"Very nice accommodations. Comfortable bed, very clean. A little noisy during the night from activity on the streets. Some homeless on the surrounding streets caused some feelings of unease but did not stop us from walking in the area."

"Walking distance to one of the many dining options in downtown Boise, or stay in for the incredible restaurant and bar in the Hotel itself. The rooms are historic and beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, etc, etc...But what REALLY makes this place stand out is the customer service. Every single person I dealt with was more than accommodating to all of my needs. I will definitely be staying there the next time I'm in town. "

Quemados en la lampara. Llámame a la oficina me dieron otro cuarto en otra torre salimos del elevador un olor feo en el pasillo. El cuarto estaba bien limpio. No queja gracias al final ."
