"Comfortable, clean & quiet location. The ceiling in the bathroom was dirty & old looking- out of touch with the rest of the bathroom.
The cooling system did not seem efficient on auto& it was loud enough I had to to turn in tv volume to hear over it.
Breakfast was excellent, service at front desk was excellent. "

"Eeverything was wonderful, brand new hotel! The one issue they are going to have is the slamming of the doors. It's SO loud! They should consider some sort of spring to slow the doors from slamming! Otherwise, what a great new hotel!"

After claiming my car seat, I arrive around 1:30 am, previously I called in the afternoon to know the process because FD will be closed .
I called to 500, the guy was sleeping, very rude told me I did have a reservation and hang up. I called again, he said the same and hang up. I was traveling with a 17 months old baby, car seat and baby bag.
I called him again, he said “ stop calling, I really don’t care that...

"Horrible experience, first there was no power when arrived for check in so we had to leave and wait until 8 pm. They charged my credit card once for the full stay, and then started charging daily because they voided the initial payment. This caused a lot of issues with my card.
