"Para empezar me dieron una habitación que ya habían personas en ella luego me la cambiaron otra que estaba el piso mojado olía fatal y la ropa de cama estaba sucia después me fui a quejar dijeron no tenían más me dieron la última estaba súper sucia y así tube Que dormir con mis hijos porque ya no había opción "

"Pool was nicely heated. At check in he said charged my card, not put a temporary deposit “hold” but charged it an extra $200 for 5 days and then said it would be refunded. He gave me a business card to call in case it didn’t get refunded. This is ridiculous. "

"What a great property! We had the best stay. Excellent staff, amenities and the rooms are spacious and clean. Very quiet, a lot of people in the lobby during check in but heard nothing all night! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great deal and a great stay!! "
