"Have stayed at this location before and will return in the future. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are slightly on the small side but adequate and clean. Breakfast buffet is good with a nice variety every morning, including both Asian and Western selections. Nice rooftop bar, fitness center and pool as well. Coffee shop stays open late and offers a variety of food items. Highly recommend this property. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Shangri-La Bangkok. I arrived early and my room was ready 5 hours before check in which is such a great way to start a trip. I had a small issue with my room, but it was dealt with immediately and resulted in a benefit to me. The staff was great and the service excellent. Great location with easy access to a shuttle boat, BTS (train) and Grab cars and taxis. I would stay again!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Chatrium Riverside Hotel. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The hotel is very clean and has a lovely pool, which is perfect for relaxing between outings. They have amazing breakfast. The staff are truly amazing and go out of their way to make sure you stay is pleasant. They are attentive, friendly and always ready to accommodate any request to ensure you looked after and have everything you need. Nothing felt like too much trouble for them. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable. Your kindness and professionalism made a real difference, and we'll definitely be back.
