They were quick for requests, like extra pillows we needed and towels. I would book here again next time I go to Osaka and recommend to others looking for a place to stay. "

"Room was spacious for Japanese standards. Good location right at the train. Plenty of dining options within the building if needed. Check in process could be better. Long line and everything automated. I prefer dealing with humans. "
