We were looking for an authentic, off-the-beaten path experience and this was it. Having the opportunity to stay the night in the dessert, ride camels and quads through sand dunes, watch a beautiful sunset, listen to traditional Bedouin music and have a delicious meal were outstanding. We would definitely recommend.

The room was lovely and the staff was very helpful; making it feel like it was truly our home for the time being. We were disappointed the restaurant was not available that evening as we had read good reviews. Our breakfast was very nice. We did not take advantage of the spa or hammam. It was a peaceful and very beautiful space.

This was, by far, the best hotel I stayed at in Tunisia — what an experience.
We traveled with young children, and every single detail of our trip was perfect. The staff was so pleasant, accommodating, and really treated us like valued guests and friends. Nidhal, the Guest Relations Manager, was so helpful and really went above and beyond to help us plan our entire stay. On Christmas Eve, we missed an event in the lobby — they realized we were missing and sent our room a plate of chocolates and...

I was worried with all the bad reviews, but this place was perfect for an overnight stop before going to the desert. It costs 20 dinar (~$6 USD) to park there overnight, however, the parking has a guard and roof so it is worth it. We also left our bags there. There is no wifi in the rooms, but honestly, I tethered through my Google Fi phone connection in most places in Tunisia anyway. Overall a good stay.

Didn’t respond to my check in so never received Wi-Fi password or directions. The host only took cash, no credit cards, and didn’t provide a receipt. Once inside, the property is very nice looking.
