Amazing Experience. Very close to the Haram. The only thing that was not up to the expectation was C1 elevator that you have to take to go to the Haram and coming back to the hotel. There should be more either elevators or options.
This was my second time staying in this hotel and I had a wonderful time. I was away from home and I felt at home.
Everyone was awesome management, housekeeping, chiefs and even security guards remembered me from last year.
Location is ideal; Harm is 2 min walk, Shopping mall is located in the same tower including the food court. Check-in staff was very nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. The only flaw is that you cannot easily find the hotel from the street. But if you ask anyone outside the Safwa Tower, they will guide you to the access. Car parking is available in the basement but is costly (15 SAR per hour).
Best price for 5 star hotel in Makkah Guranteed. Service is courteous and nice. I was a little disapointed with expedia though for not confirming whether or not the breakfast was included or not. It turned out that it was not included.
This hotel is modern and its staff her courteous. The only downside is the distant from haram is long due to the ongoing construction. The hotel did well to provide a shuttle for free to and from the haram.
It was clean and neat , staff were very friendly. The only thing missing was there are no near places to eat besides their restaurant, no shopping stores or a mall nearby. Otherwise, it was a great experience… their shuttle service to the Haram is very helpful.
