"Friendly staff, comfy bed, it’s a new Hotel, also near the railway station. They hired a driver for us to get to Paradise Cave and Phong Nha Cave.

"Ufærdigt projekt og allerede ''slidt''. Stort projekt som kun er halvt færdigt. Dog mangler det allerede vedligeholdelse. Sætningsskader mange steder. Og der mangler i det hele taget ''finnish''. Vi ankom efter mørkets frembrud. Stedet ligger så øde at selv taxachaufførerne ikke ved hvor det er. Nævnes i flertal, da det endnu engang er lykkedes for Hotels.com at angive en forkert placering. Der måtte to taxaer til for at finde stedet, som ikke engang har et skilt ved vejen. Man kører derefter...

"Very good location. Good food and services. Clean and comfortable room. Just a problem, there are some guests who used the public hallways as their backyard ! They smoked and let their children running around, yelling all the times despite the privacy of other people."

"We've stayed at this hotel several times, mainly because it's very close for visiting family and friends, and partly because the city of Bien Hoa lacks choice where hotel accommodation is concerned.
There is no lift but there are only two floors and the stairs are very wide and shallow.
The rooms are large, very clean, but fairly basic; the beds are very comfortable with beautfully clean bed linen. Television reception isn't great, internet connection is usually adequate but does go down...

"We just used hotel as quick stop over after activities in phong nha and I wish we had stayed elsewhere ....the hotel staff weren't able to help us due to language barrier they weren't geared for foreign travelers "
