"I recently stayed at this Hampton Inn and had a frustrating experience after my stay. I accidentally left behind a Bluetooth JBL speaker in my room. I clearly remember setting it down while packing in a rush. I understand that leaving the item was my mistake. However, when I contacted the hotel, I was told multiple times that nothing was found. It’s very hard to believe that a noticeable item like a speaker simply disappeared without being seen by housekeeping. This situation is disappointing because it raises concerns about how lost items are handled. I paid nearly $200 for that speaker, and I would have expected a more thorough and honest response. Overall, the stay itself was fine, but this experience left a bad impression. I hope the hotel takes a closer look at their lost-and-found process to ensure guests’ belongings are handled with integrity."

"The sink and tub drain didn’t drain whatsoever. Literally couldn’t brush my teeth in the morning after I brushed them the night before. Was charged $44 for a service dog. Front was aware of dog at time of check in. A worker seen the dog next morning then the very next day they charged me the $44. Was refunded after documentation was verified. Things like that should be properly verified at time of check in. Shouldn’t have to worry about a business to being able to have access to charge card after check out."
