"Listen….. I’ve stayed at a few Secrets (and hotels related to the brand) over the past few years, and I’d have to say that THIS was probably BY FAR THE BEST Secrets I’ve stayed in. From arrival…to check in…to being upgraded at no cost…to having your own concierge that makes sure you’re okay and keeps you up to date with the daily activities…to the rooms….to the restaurants/food options…the spa…the beach club…ALL OF IT! Top tier!!! I was sad to return back to reality after having such a great NYE vacation. I would stay here again if I ever come back to Tulum!
