For a four star hotel not much service. Maintenance almost inexistent (broken lavatory, broken shower door and toilet seat. If you want to have a nice cocktail or any drink at the rooftop bar or the one at first floor just go to a different place.
This was an excellent hotel with friendly staff that worked to anticipate my needs as an English speaker in a foreign country. The location is great, near the beach and in the center of the city with lots of stuff around. The rooms are very nicely appointed and there is a great restaurant next door that provides room service. The host was incredibly kind. She accommodated our every need and gave us many recommendations of what to do in the city. The apartment was a good size and the couch was very comfortable. It was also close to the beach, only a 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel is very clean, cute, well designed and right on the beach. We loved our stay and would stay again. The sea was magical and just all around gorgeous. My only complaint is that they don’t provide beach towels for the beach chairs and they don’t allow you to use the bath towels either. They ask you to purchase their beach logo towels which is very inconvenient and expensive. I think if they provide towels / beach chair service they could be one of the best places in Mamaia.
